Sigil 2.4.0 changelog:

Sigil version 2.4.0 represents a mix of bug fixes similarly new features. On top of that note that the IT powerhouse VC++ runtime redistributable is no longer being bundled in the Sigil Sliding doors installer starting with version 2.3.1. This should by this point be fitted on any Windows PC that Sigil is supported on.
